“Don’t worry. Just be happy!” Although simple, this phrase has big power and meaning. That phrase tells us to stay focus on what we want than on what we do not want. If we stay focus on what we want, we can take actions which are close to the aim or purpose of our life. One thing you can do to reach happiness is to count the gift and pleasure you have gotten. Dr. Myers shows that a person who is kind everyday, in all aspects of his/her life (like health, friendship, family, education, freedom) has more opportunity to feel the positive feeling and happiness.
There are some ways you can do to get happiness. I have proven them myself, and now, this is your turn to prove it. Firstly, you need to improve the quality of your relationship with family and friends. Happiness comes from home. Start it with making your relationship better. Greet them with smile, do something that can make them happy, don’t make them angry. Keeping good relationship which is full of love and friendship can improve your happiness. Remember, love can make your life lighter. So, just give anyone your love and care. Keep your relationship with your closest people. That happiness can spread all over your life. Therefore, find people that can help you to make yourself happy.
Second, you need to become an optimist person. Optimism can result on a good feeling. Optimist people have the key of happiness. They can life in peace, good feeling. They can hardly be desperate because of the bad past.
Third, you need to give your honest smile and laugh. Just smile in front of your life mirror for a while. It is because smiling can make us happy. The more you smile, the more happiness you get. We really love to see anyone smile. Smile can also make us more interesting to see and warmer to feel. When you smile, your brain will send you a message telling that everything’s okay. Smile frequently, and look at yourself, you will realize that you can solve problems. All bad things will be gone with time.
Forth, keep praying. It will function only if you believe in God. If you want to be happy, you can ask this to Him. Prayer will help you to finish something, and lead you to happiness.
Fifth, give and share with other people. With giving, you will receive something more than that you imagine or guess. You will be happy when looking at other happy people.
Sixth, treat time as a friend. Don’t only keep passive. Do many good activities at a time.
Seventh, you need to train you thinking pattern. Don’t be busy with some projects and new ideas, while you haven’t finished the previous ones.
Eighth, activate your body. Do exercise frequently, such as jogging, gymnastics, ets. It is because they can be an antidote for depression and worry. “Happy minds reside in sound bodies” Dr Myers.
Ninth, keep fun in your life. You must avoid any kind or pressure or burden in your mind. Then, let any bad memories or bound in your life gone.
