Firstly, choose the theme and title which are interesting. Try to make an actual theme, and the title must represent the story. Then, make a good plot, or story. Develop the problem into the climax and resolution part. You can make a little surprise on the end of your story. After making a plot, decide the internal elements, such as settings, characters, and point of view. Setting is the place where the story happens, and it must be related with the characters.In point of view, the writer can be a narrator, or the character itself. Next, we start the writing process. Try to develop the story, and use good words. It will be better if we make a longer story than the plot we first made. At last, edit your writing, in grammar, logic, and punctuation. This process will make your writing better. If you follow these steps, hopefully, you will get a better result on your short story writing.
